Teacher Training for FUNcube dongle

Thanks to Pfizer Ltd the club has been able to purchase a special satellite receiver called a FUNcube dongle. The satellite is only a 10cm cube and its role is to send data to schools about its temperature and other telemetry so that the pupils have real scientific data to analyse. Club summer party

Club summer party and the photo. A great time was had by all. Ron and Lorna gave a ceroc dance lesson which was great fun. Bob had a camera connected to a Raspberry Pi which sent pictures of the gathering every 5 seconds to another Pi in the house. He also demonstrated the PSK31 kit.
