RadCom 2013

The Hilderstone R & EC’s first meeting of 2014 saw a pleasing turnout on a cold wintry evening. We welcomed a new member, Michael Elston G6GJT, who has been an amateur radio enthusiast for many years but never joined a club. We discussed arrangements for the special event radio station GB1RLS at the Ramsgate Lifeboat Station on Saturday 25th January from 10am to 3pm as part of the SOS Radio Week. We hope to have plenty of helpers on the day and donations to the RNLI.
